Investor Relations replies between 10:00 and 20:00 Mauritius time (UTC+4), Monday to Friday. Telegram and WhatsApp may respond at weekends for time-sensitive matters. Email is acknowledged within one working day.
How to arrange a meeting
Three meeting formats are available:
- Video call (Zoom / Google Meet) — 45 minutes, conditions and Q&A;
- In person at the Mauritius office — by prior arrangement;
- Meeting in a major financial centre — by arrangement with Investor Relations.
For any of the above, please leave a request on the home page, indicating your preferred channel. Investor Relations will confirm a time within two hours.
